My recent stay left much to be desired. On our second night, I was shocked to discover that the parking spots reserved for hotel guests had been outsourced to a third-party airport parking app. Not only were we charged an exorbitant $46 per night for parking, but we were also informed that there were no available spots for us and were advised to park on the street.
To add to the disappointment, the interaction with the front desk supervisor was disheartening. Despite voicing our concerns about the parking situation and the excessive charges, the supervisor displayed a dismissive and rude attitude. He repeatedly assured us that his supervisor would contact us regarding a refund for the parking fees, yet we never received any communication during the entirety of our three-day stay.
It is deeply disappointing to be charged for a service that was not provided and to experience such poor customer service when seeking resolution. The lack of accountability and failure to address the issue promptly reflects poorly on the hotel's management and overall commitment to customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend to stay again based on my recent experience. The combination of exorbitant parking fees, lack of available parking, and inadequate customer service leaves much to be desired. Future guests should be cautious when considering this hotel for their accommodation needs.
