"The location of the motel was perfect for spending the day at the beach. It was a simple 2 min walk to the water. The motel itself was very disappointing. It is very run down and in serious need of renovations. Our “suite” had two bedrooms with bunk beds in both. The beds were not comfortable. The room had a stale beer smell and did not seem very clean. Everything was dated and dusty. "Newly renovated rooms by new management. Tiled bathrooms were beautiful. Beds were clean and comfortable. Mini fridge with freezer and good sized microwave in room. Quiet, and in a great area with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and tourist sites in the area"

"It really was bad. I couldn’t stay there. The room smelled of smoke, the decor needed some serious updating, there was mould in the tub, slow Internet & garbage left outside. It was clearly a weekly rental for people down on their luck. I didn’t feel safe. The desk attendant was kind and understood my decision to leave."
