Great location! Private Sauna!
Riverview and access. From your walkout into the riverside yard, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Large, simple lower 5 bedroom unit sleeps up to 14 people and walks out to river's edge. Bedroom 1 and 2 each have a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a single. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with single upper bunk. The final room has (2) single beds. (2) Futon double beds in the living room.
(2) bathrooms, Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen SMART TV, and an indoor private Sauna.
Restaurant and jetski rentals on-site - how fun is that!? Playground, tennis court and walking trails an easy walk away.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (3) Cars Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

8 retired nurses

We were 8 retired nurses here to attend the funeral of one of our colleagues. The accommodation was perfect - we each had our own bed, there was space to be together and reminisce and kitchen facilities to prepare snacks and breakfast. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate to allow us oudoor time,, but that was out of anyone's control.. Tal was great and took a picture for us before we left.

If you are looking for modest accommodations for a family group, this is an excellent choice due to its location. The owners are on site and very approachable, although we never had a need to reach out. The check in process could be refined and it’s worth a phone call the day of arrival to get details regarding parking, etc.

Great spot for prom cottage

Overall was a great place to stay for prom cottage. Super close and accessible to beach one and the main strip. Loved the community of also having other groups our age staying as well. Only problem would be that there was no fan so fire alarm went off a couple of times, we could also hear the owners walking upstairs but other than that it was a good stay. Place was nice and tidy and fit everyone in our group, wifi did suck though.

Great Basement Rental Property for Weekend getaway

Very spacious, clean location that sleeps up to 14 comfortably. Lots of floor space as well and very well maintained and managed. Tal the owner is very nice and easy to deal with if you are respectful. Only things I would change are #1 if they supplied a milk carton and maybe a bit more garbage bags/ dish soap (which we asked for and received) and #2 marked the main office a little better to check in (my friends and I were a little lost on the first day of checkin but had locals help us find our way in no time). Other then that very much enjoyed our time here and would recommend to others as well as a 5/5 star rating.

L'accueil et l'emplacement sont super! C'est collé sur la plage! Il y avait amplement d'espace pour toute la famille. Par contre, la cuisine n'est pas vraiment pratique: il manque d'espace de comptoir et il n'y a pas de hotte. Il serait pratique d'avoir des crochets dans les chambres et la salle de bain pour faire sécher les serviettes et maillots. lFinalement, le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien.
