Bar staff was wonderful. Hotel staff is a little cold and lack customer service skills. Same experience on two visits now. Kind of cold service.

What is good: breakfast, convenient bed. According to the price level: very small room, hard floor in the room, without a rug, the snow melting on your shoes turns into a puddle. Not stable internet connection. Bad: the snow at the entrance must be removed so that you can get into a taxi without obstacles. In the end, this hotel is worth its money.

Nice place with very welcoming stuff. I asked them to help my mom upon late arrival and she was very happy and satisfied how stuff welcomed her. Thanks and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

I don't want chocolates on my pillow or a shaving kit in the bathroom. I want clean, comfortable, and reasonable. You get all that here. The bar and restaurant are only fair, but adequate.

Clean, convenient, comfortable
Clean, well run & right next to bus stop. Loses 1 star as couldn’t work ducted aircon to change temperature. Lovely breakfast with gluten free options & bread available on request. If your coming from airport beware Zachodnia Platform 9 might as well be in a different suburb. Use the jakojade app to plan trips

I stayed in Ibis for a nigh only (literally for 1 night: arrived at 1am left hotel at 6:45 am the same date). So, what i liked: there is a complimentary water in the room, 24/7 check in desk; I could open the window in the room , i needed an iron and I received it; early breakfast. Location- almost city center! 3 min drive from the bus station; train station and airport are very close. That was a perfect option for me, as i had a stopover in Warsaw 7 hours long

The in-hotel restaurant was quite good. I ate there the first night because I was tired from traveling, and then just kept going back because I enjoyed the food so much. I would highly recommend it.

Просил заселить немного раньше. Приехал в отель в 6 утра и не заселяли до 14.00. Хотя номера были сто процентов. Отношение к этому плохое. Я двое суток не спал. Так что скажу что надо подходить к каждому человеку по разному. И понимать о поддерживать…

Some of the basic facilities like hand towels and electric kettle were missing. The bath towels were of very poor quality. The pillows were also not very comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was good.
