"This was the perfect house for our couples outing! The host was flexible, attentive and accommodating. The house had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor fun! We would highly recommend staying in this house that’s centrally located to so many great towns, breweries, beaches and restaurants."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Sawyer! Great House with plenty of room and lovely amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed without our having to buy extra of anything. Tim was a great host, supplying extra ping pong balls for the game room, plenty of pool toys and towels, replacing light bulbs as needed, and having every incidental on hand so we didn't have to replace anything. He even went out and bought two DVD players when we told him we wanted to play some videos we had brought. Not THAT'S going above and beyond. The internet TV was great and easy to use too. Aside from our own food, everything was covered. I don't think we've ever stayed in a house that was better stocked with essentials. Would definitely highly recommend the house and the host! Incidentally, there were 15 of us, from age 2 through 76. Something to do for everyone and the pool was perfectly heated to 90 degrees! We used it and the hot tub, a lot!! Thanks Tim, for a wonderful stay! Kudos on a great job hosting."

"This place was located outside the edge of town. Nice and quiet area with very little traffic on the road. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you need. Would definately stay again and recommend to family and friends. "

"Secluded, but still close by to grocery supplies and Warren Dunes State Park, and not far from restaurants. If you come to this area of the state for rest, relaxation, and to luxuriate in amenities at the home, this is a great place with a pool, hot tub, and fire pit, along with special touches in each room. Communication with Gabe was prompt, and helpful in details like: "where would we find ___?" or "Is there a place we would be able to ___?" "

"We had a wonderful stay at Rosie’s cottage! The house was perfect for our group of 10 plus our two dogs. Great front porch and outdoor area by the pool. Two kitchen areas/fridges was key for a group like ours. This home is stocked with anything you need including soap, bath necessities, kitchen soap, spices, foil… all the things you wonder if you need to bring with you, they had it! Niles, the property owner, was extremely responsive and stayed in touch regularly. The only comment/suggestion we had is that we wished there was another TV in the house since we had two younger kids that needed down time and the older kids were staying in the basement. Also would be nice to have another TV location for the sports fans in our group. Not a big deal at all though! We didn’t venture out much… spent most of our time at the pool or beach. A lot of area businesses seemed to be closed Mon- Wed. Sideyard was a cool little spot we watched live music on the patio one night and got carry out from Greenbush brewery across the street. Our kids loved Captain Mikes lol. Also visiting the nearby fruit market a few times which was great to have close! Overall, Rosie’s cottage was wonderful. "
