"This place is an absolute gem. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the bed was huge and really comfortable. There were plenty of teas and coffees and some nice biscuits provided and a bottle of water, the bathroom had hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in, the food both at dinner and breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious, the parking was in a locked garage round the back, we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you to all there 💕"

"Staff very busy when i arrived so had quite a waut befire i could check in. Staff shortage? Room was comfortable, eveni g meal in the restaurant (fish&chips) was very good and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast worked well but under the table on sunday morning was a right mess, not been cleaned from the night before? Another sign of staff shortages? This is an old proprty, so perfection in decir etc is not going to hapoen."

"Easy place to find and excellent parking area, Pub was very themed as yuo would expect with the name and associated furnishings all creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The owners son was running the pub and provided the best level of service I've encountered for a considerable time. the food was probably the highlight with a good diverse choice and without doubt the best value I've ever had. Superb choice of places to stay, although the rooms could do with an update."

"The property is gorgeous. A fully stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, and child friendly. Nestled away in a quiet little neighborhood.
