The Green House

The Green House

10/10 Excellent
"I had an amazing 5 night stay at The Green House Hotel in Bournemouth, and from the moment I arrived to the day I left the staff throughout the hotel were amazing. Always friendly and available to help whenever needed. The hotel was very clean and my double room was exceptional. The bed was like a cloud and the shower had great pressure considering I was on the top floor; hot water whenever I used the shower. The hotel bar was a welcoming space and the Arbor Restaurant was an amazing experience for food and dining. Breakfast every morning never failed to impress. Fresh milk from Reception every day for your room with tea and coffee topped up daily. Only a short walk to the beach; uphill on the way back, and about 15 minutes to Bournemouth town centre. Some fantastic walks along the seafront and Boscombe is definitely worth a visit. I cannot fault this hotel and highly recommend it to any travellers heading to Bournemouth."

Laguna Hotel

Laguna Hotel

8/10 Good
"Hotel is located near to the town centre. The main thing is that the parking is free, unlike so many Bournemouth hotels. The rooms are not fancy, but they are clean, functional and have all the facilities you need."

Sandbanks Hotel

Sandbanks Hotel

8/10 Good
"I stayed here for 1 night with my husband on my birthday. The staff were excellent, expecially Neil the lifeguard in the pool. Disappointing that the sauna was out of order and the gym very small but Neil arranged for us to go to the Haven the next morning to use their pool, gym, steam room and sauna. We had a lovely room with a super king bed and great sea view. The breakfast was good and the dinner excellent."

"Great hotel , modern , great working spa facilities. If there was any comment maybe on weekends breakfast could be extended until 10.30 ? Just in spa for an hour , time you are out and changed it left no time for breakfast"

"This was only a one night stay but it was great - good room with quiet air conditioning, helpful staff at 11.00 p.m. check-in, and well cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel."

"Absolutely massive single room in a beautiful quiet area. Really convenient location for seeing the sights of the county. The wet room isn’t very practical and there isn’t much sound insulation. Neither of these bothered me too much though and I would happily stay again. Thank you!"

Belhuish Farmhouse

Belhuish Farmhouse

10/10 Excellent
"This property is unique and rare - owned by an innkeeper who welcomes you to his table with warm hospitality and decades of history to share. Mr. Miller is a wealth of information and retired thatcher. This is not a place for you if you need a well-appointed hotel to feel good about leaving your home. This is a historic property with purbeck flag stones and Welsh slate on the kitchen floor. The stove is as wide as your arms. There are wild pheasants in the fields and silent nights nestled in a hidden valley a bit off the main road. This a place where ruins of the past sit on the land beside a welcoming farmhouse. Great for introverts, writers, couples, families, and solo travelers. Backpackers will love it."
