"executive suite was quite spacious. the room was overlooking the train lines. staff showed us another room to check if we would like to upgrade for a small price. we did not change the room. trains were hardly audible anyways. the room was well equipped with all the amenities. the AC and the washing machine in the room was such a big plus point on 90 degree hot days. check in was little rough though. the sofa bed was not prepared though the room was booked for 4 people. when we tried to make the sofa bed we discovered disgusting stains, but the staff fixed the situation very promptly. the room had too many switches than needed. there was a switch to turn on a lamp and second switch to turn the same light off! and this was for all the lights in the room. also it was an accessible room i guess, so the sink was very low for me and my 6.3 feet husband, and i had bumped into the handle bars near the toilet so many times as the kids put them down everytime! the location was conveniently near bus stops and underground stations. we will come back here again."

"It was a very hot day in London and travelling was a nightmare! When we arrived at our hotel the reception staff were brilliant with a cool smile, ice lolly and water to bring the heat down. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean, we didn’t have a view but it is a big city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the best machine coffee I have ever tasted. Thank you for making our 1 night stay a pleasant experience. "

"Staff were super friendly. The AC works well. The room was clean and comfortable. Don’t expect daily housekeeping like a normal hotel. You can request fresh towels. You have privacy as if it’s your own place. The breakfast buffet is very good. The vibe is nice."

"Great location for British Museum, Tottenham Court Road, main railway stations, Northern & Piccadilly Tube lines. Easy check in and clean rooms. Very busy cosmopolitan hotel but still quiet nights sleep. Nice choice of pub or cafe at entrance. Would stay again if in London. Any small complaint/ issue would be lack of AC (my visit during heatwave) and lack of any seating in reception area."
