"Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel looks like it's brand new and the room is very clean and excellent housekeeping every day. Free coffee and tea in the room. Excellent wifi internet access. Free parking is right in front of my room. You control your own temperature in the room. I would definitely stay in this hotel again."

"Room was immaculately presented along with daily room cleaning! We arrived after 10pm for a late check-in, and the lights in our room were left on so we could find it easy in the dark and rain. The property was well kept, plenty of parking, and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The bathroom is spacious and great, water pressure perfect. From booking to check out, staff were friendly and amazingly helpful, and we thank you dearly. We’ll be back if ever in Tauranga in the future! 10/10"
