Reception guy turned it off with a spanner, appreciated. Single Room: Outdated, grotty and only made over (a bit) every other day. Window latch broken, wobbly furniture, deadlock broken, no bedside table or shelf, no hooks or towel rails in bathroom, taps you cant operate with wet hands due to lack of grip, macerating toilet which gave off a whiff of mouldering fecal matter from time to time, slowest lift in the world, noisy street outside and strong cooking smells from restaurant below even 3 floors up. I think this is one for Walk With Me Tim."

"We hadn’t received an entry code so had to call Vrbo to gain entry. The house had good heating, comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. The kitchen isn’t great and there was a lingering smell. A few other issues led to us ringing the agent after one night, and credit to them, they moved us to another house (which was perfect) for the remaining two nights of our stay. "
