Bed and Breakfast in Walton-on-Thames

"Convenient location for Terminal 4. I was flying from T3 which is easily accessible via the free train service. Breakfast was about standard for this grade of hotel so no surprises. "

"Front desk rude. Works directly above room with no notice. Fake eyelashes still stuck on the bedside table from previous guest. Internet slow. Can’t connect HDMI items to TV. Fridge not on. AC isn’t functional and directly from 1970’s. Nothing been upgraded in a LONG time despite new ownership. Gym equipment is in disrepair. Some buttons for lifts / elevators not working. It’s a hotel, it’s cheap and it’s close to the city. That’s it. "

"Staff is amazing. Gym is HORRIBLE. it should not be advertised as part of the hotel. Very dirty and dark and loud. Very disappointed as this was a reason I boooked to stay there"
