"We had a great trip to London and felt super happy about our stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. Everyone was helpful and kind. The property was clean and welcoming. The rooms were small, and we had a broken A/C in our first room (during the heat wave this year in London). But their superstar employee Heather was attentive and lovely, and soon all was made right. We LOVED being across the street from the Underground (Tube) station and we took it all over the city. The hotel bar was under construction during our stay, and the restaurant was somewhat impacted so we only ate there once. But there are also plenty of other near-by restaurants in walking distance. I would happily recommend Park Plaza Waterloo and return again. Hopefully someday will have the chance. And we just LOVED London!"

"Everything about this hotel is exceptional! We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived with the lovely front desk staff searching for the best room with a view for us to the complimentary bottle of Sangiovese that arrived minutes after we had settled in. We had an amazing room overlooking the gardens with a view of the London eye. Complimentary mini bar and a super comfortable bed meant our four day stay in London was perfect! You cannot fault the staff here for their hospitality and friendliness. We have stayed at The Royal Horseguards many times when we’ve visited London and, having tried other hotels in the same category, come back here time and again for the service and luxury the hotel offers. The location here is second to none. You can literally walk everywhere within minutes! Covent Garden, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben etc all within easy walking distance and, if you need to go anywhere further, the Embankment tube is right across the street! If you have time, please make sure to dine on the Terrace at least once during your stay. It is simply divine on a summers evening, with twinkly lights and, again, impeccable service and food. We’ll be back in London again next month for more pampering and indulgence and can’t wait for another stay at this gorgeous hotel."

"All the staff are amazing. They make you feel very welcome, are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I really can't praise them enough! The room was small but very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay. The air con was a massive bonus as it was very hot during our stay, but our room was lovely and cool so we got a great nights sleep each night. The only thing that I would say is to check which rooms have a better shower if you have mobility issues or if you are tall, as our shower had a big step in (it was 12 inches off the floor) which left very little room between the shower floor and the low ceiling. Im 5ft 8in and I struggled to wash my hair without banging my elbows on the ceiling! It was my daughters birthday while we were there and there was a card, balloon and chocolates in the room when we arrived, which was a lovely touch and really appreciated. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant in the evening. The food is delicious, the staff are lovely and we were impressed how reasonably priced it was. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and have some great options if you do have a food allergy. It is an ideal location, easy to walk to a lot of attractions, perfect for theatre visits. Lots of shops and dining options nearby too. We will definitely be back and I doubt we would stay anywhere else in London now. The hotel is great, but it's the staff that absolutely make this hotel perfect."
