"The room was clean. Comfortable beds, the only thing I didn’t like is that they started to charge for parking. But other than that it was good. "

"Lot of options in breakfast, rooms were clean, we also got safe in the room to lock valuables stuff. We got room clean every day. We lived 5 nights. In same parking lot couple of food options example, Starbucks for coffee, yogurts for ice cream and fish and chips. Hawalli bbq chicken and sub etc. I will highly recommend."

"Really consistant hotel brand. Clean room, friendly staff, and easy to use amenities and lobby seating. Rooms are small, but beds are big. Better for a solo or couple."

"We stayed in a family room that had a king bed and a bunk bed. A dividing double door separated the two areas. It was nice and quiet. The mattress on the bunk bed was very hard according to my daughter who slept there. My husband and I endured a night in two “troughs” that were worn into both sides of the king bed. We were discussing in the morning how the Hyatt managers should actually TRY to lay down on the mattresses in their hotels. These mattresses need to be replaced asap. We stay at Hyatt often while in Orange County…this was the worst set of mattresses we’ve yet encountered on our stays. The rest of the hotel is nice, from valet parking to check in and coffee in the morning. Yep, those beds need some attention. "
