Die Lage erlaubt Besuche in der Lüneburger Heide, der Südheide und dem Elbe-Wendland. Zwei der 6 noch aktiven Klöster liegen im 10km Umfeld, sowie mehrere sehenswerte Städte und Ortschaften."
