"This property was very clean inside. The exterior needed some help with the window screens and maintenance of the enclose courtyard. The vegetation has taken ove the yard. It is a perfect size for having a dog with you and not having to worry about them. The garbage enclosure needs a better way to keep the wildlife from knocking over the cans and spreading trash around. Communication with the host was excellent and responses were quick. The kitchen was well stocked with untensils and equipment. The location was excellent and the pool at the Del Mar Community Center was really a plus. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We rented Marissa's home for our first time visit to Sea Ranch. The home is impeccably clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms (with comfortable beds!) offer quiet if there are different family members or friends traveling together. The kitchen is very well outfitted for your cooking. View of the ocean is grand. The home is very well located for traveling to various access points to the beach. Individuals with mobility issues can stay at this location as long as they are aware that there are several steps up to the front door, 5 steps down to the lower to bedrooms and 10 steps up to the beautiful large loft. All areas are outfitted with handrails.We would not hesitate to reserve this beautiful home again!Carol"

"Overall a nice property that was clean and convenient. We liked the easy access to theBluff trail. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the well stocked kitchen. The house could use some refreshing - for example the screen door in the bedroom was hard to open and close. For the cost per day the host could provide better quality toilet paper (not so thin) and a box of Kleenex. Little things like that can make a big difference for the comfort of the guests."

"Beautiful location surrounded by walking trails and easy access to the beach. Communication with the caretakers was excellent. They were extremely helpful and responsive. The house was very comfortable but I suggest bringing the basics you need in terms of shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, olive oil, etc as it wasn’t well stocked. We’d definitely come back."

"I arrived stressed at the end of a very busy month. I left….well you could have poured me into my car. A beautiful home, a breathtaking view, and a host that would have given me the shirt off her back. And when I say there were thousands of pelicans floating by with a smile, it would not be an exaggeration. The house is first class. Don’t miss this house when you go to Gualala."

"Our family loved our weekend stay. Excellent communication, extremely comfortable bed, choice of the loft bed and comfy pull out couch in the living room with accordion doors to make it private if needed. Our favorite was the wood burning fireplace and the back deck with hot tub, big tree for climbing, and big private grassy area with a view of the ocean. We will be back!"
