Wald im Pinzgau is located in Oberpinzgau at the foot of the Gerlos Pass between Mittersill and Krimml. The romantic, original village offers the perfect backdrop for relaxing holidays near the world-famous Krimml Waterfalls and the Großvenediger. In the open kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals. The kitchen also has an electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and fridge-freezer. The bedrooms are comfortable and provide peaceful sleep. The electric heating keeps the house warm. You can easily park here.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The landlord lives on the same property. Dogs are to be kept on a leash. Eine wirklich schöne großzügige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Insbesondere die gemütliche Sitzecke und die schöne Aussicht haben wir sehr genossen. Eva und Johann sind sehr nett und haben viele Tipps parat. Die Lage ist prima! Spazier- und Wanderwege sowie auch die Loipe starten direkt vor den Haustür. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. PS.,dass in der Siedlung kein Salz gestreut wird, war für die Pfoten unseres Hundes super

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à l'appartement Eva ! L'emplacement est magnifique, avec un accès facile aux cascades de Krimml, que nous avons visité plusieurs fois, L'appartement lui-même était confortable et propre, équipé de tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris une cuisine bien fournie pour nos dîners en famille, Le point fort pour nous était le balcon où nous avons apprécié notre café du matin tout en admirant la vue sur les montagnes, Le jardin était également un excellent endroit pour des barbecues en soirée, Je recommande vivement pour les familles à la recherche d'une escapade relaxante !

Wir waren 5 Tage hier. Kurze Zusammenfassung: Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist absolut großartig, ich könnte hier problemlos leben. Die Wohnung war sehr, sehr sauber, es fühlte sich an, als wäre alles brandneu. Küche: Eine komplette Küche mit einem sehr guten Herd und Backofen. Tolle Töpfe und Pfannen und Besteck und alles, was Sie sich vorstellen können, was Sie in einer Küche brauchen. Badezimmer: Das Badezimmer war auch sehr sauber, gute Dusche und Badewanne, schöne weiche Handtücher, warm. Schlafzimmer: Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer, aber wir brauchten nur eines. Tolles Bett mit schöner Bettwäsche und guten Kissen. Ich bringe immer mein eigenes Kissen mit, habe es hier aber gar nicht benutzt. Gardinen könnten etwas dunkler sein, stört aber nicht. Wohnbereich: Gemütliche kleine Ecke zum Essen und Planen des nächsten Tages und eine schöne Couch. Hat uns gut gefallen viel. Es gibt einen schönen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und es gab ein paar Ladegeräte für Elektroautos um die Ecke. Österreich ist im Allgemeinen sehr schön und Wald im Pinzgau ist nicht anders. Ging durch den örtlichen Wald und machte Tagesausflüge ins Zillertal, nach Zell am See, zum Krimmler Wasserfall und nach Kitzbühel. Supermärkte und Bäcker waren auch nicht weit. Unser Hund war auch erlaubt, was immer toll ist. Er ging ein paar Mal im Fluss nur 100 Meter die Straße hinunter schwimmen. Es war wahrscheinlich super kalt, aber er liebte es trotzdem. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war großartig, sie unterhielten sich über WhatsApp und informierten uns rechtzeitig darüber, wie wir zur Wohnung kommen und wie wir sie betreten sollten, und Johann kam uns am besuchen zweiten Abend und bot uns ein Glas Shnapps an. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Wollte erwähnen, dass wir angewiesen wurden, den Thermostat nicht zu berühren, und ehrlich gesagt waren 23 ° C - 25 ° C manchmal etwas zu warm. 21°C oder 20°C ist warm genug (für uns). Ich hätte das wahrscheinlich fragen können, aber irgendwie vergessen. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute, Johan und Eva. Wenn wir eines Tages in die Gegend zurückkommen, wissen wir, wo wir übernachten müssen.

Guter und netter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern des Hauses. Alles sieht ordentlich und gepflegt aus. Von diesem Ort aus können Sie schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Es empfiehlt sich ein Spaziergang zu den Krimmler Wasserfällen.

Hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war unglaublich sauber. Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über Schränke, in denen Sie Ihre gesamte Kleidung aufbewahren können. Die Küche ist geräumig und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler und einen großen Backofen. Wir fanden es sehr nützlich. Die Lage ist ideal für mehrere Ausflüge im Sommer. Hinter dem Haus verläuft ein schöner Spazierweg und der Bus hält 300 Meter entfernt. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn wir diese Gegend noch einmal besuchen wollen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Johann war sehr schön eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem schönen Balkon und Blick in die Berge. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit wir durften einen schönen Urlaub genießen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit .Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt für eine vier köpfige Familie. Es gibt genug Stauraum für alles und auch der Parkplatz ist groß genug. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich sehr schnell, wenn man etwas hat oder etwas fehlt.
