"On arrival had a warm welcome from the staff who asked if we wanted drinks we said yes and that we had booked 2 rooms. We were given our drinks and they would bring the room keys to us in a few minutes. Young lady came over and asked if we would like to see the rooms, which I went with the young lady and shown the rooms. I rejoined my friends and told them the rooms were amazing and very clean. We all went to our rooms freshened up, met in bar and all said how well the Cherry Tree Inn is from...

We booked through vrbo but then ended up dealing with an outfit called Sykes Cottages who ended up charging us more (not a lot more but more than the ad quoted) and they were a nightmare to deal with. Their intervention felt like a scam. Luckily our stay was enjoyable but Sykes should be avoided. "
