"Clean tidy room but needs updating"

"This place was great to stay fun with everyone sharing space but advertising about a spa which you weren't aloud to use was over filled dirty as and cold says a sanua but couldn't find one. Place was always tidy great parking easy to get to in a great place. Could do with more stuff to use in kitchen for people staying a long time to cook dinners, also toilet roll holders with bigger rolls"

"Major renovations going on. Couldn’t use outdoor area as they are renovating. Work started early in the mornings . One morning it was like a Jack hammer right outside our room. Would have been nice to have been notified about this before our stay, as we picked the room for the outdoor area, which could not be accessed. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. "

"Upon arriving we were impressed with the appeal of this property. The staff were at Reception to meet us. We were given a quick tour of the amenities, and shown to our room which was clean and light. The bathrooms and showers are lovely and there is a separate room with a deep bath. The guest kitchen has set tables, and tea, coffe is available. There is a separate kitchen for meal preparation. The guest lounge is of a period time, with clean and comfortable seating. There is a large lawn and garden area with fruit trees. A laundry area too, with line drying if needbe. The house is over from the Whanganui river, and a 20 min stroll to the city centre. Great paths for running and cycling, with a fantastic playground nearby. "

"Lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood. Clean and kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub on the deck overlooking the wonderful sunset. Close proximity to the beach. Host communicated efficiently. Highly recommend this house."
