"This property was a real gem! Sweet, clean motel - quite adorable really. Comfortable beds, great amenities. I only wish the weather was better to access the lovely little balcony by the river!"

"It was damp, slugs on the floors and condensation max! It was dripping onto the floor during the night. The toilet had issues in the middle of the night we couldn’t fix so was awake from the noise from 3am onwards. Very sad but the staff were friendly. "

"A super clean tidy and perfectly adequate room. We are used to DOC huts tho so anything is luxury to us. Beds we clean and comfy. Room was warm with two heaters. Simple but perfect for our hiking stay"

"There really isn't much in the area, but anything that was there was included in a very helpful binder. The room was very comfortable and Richy was a hoot! Excellent host. I would recommend this property. Looking at the rooms, we weren't sure what to expect, but it was a great stay!"
