"We had the most amazing stay at this villa! Our family stayed three nights and hosted our son’s birthday party on the Saturday night. Everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is stunning, the view is unmatched, and it had everything we needed and more.JV’s communication was exceptional from start to finish, so thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our weekend was special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Highly recommend this property 10/10!"

"This is our 3rd night,1st check-in our room was not cleaned so they moved us . The staff person was gracious and moved us immediately. The spa bath did not work and not Netflix .2nd night everything was great . We did not use Ac so we did not notice any issue ."

"Summer Inn was a perfect location for our 2 nights in Orewa. Excellent beach access, 10 minute walk to beautiful Alice Eaves Scenic Reserve and 10 minute walk to MANY restaurants & shops. Was a BONUS to discover all rooms were completely renovated in 2025. On-site parking is plentiful and free. "

"Just need a bit of CRC on the door. Try to open and close it and sometimes it wont open until you wiggle it backwards and forwards a bit, then it opens."

"It suited our purpose. We had a car so no problem going anywhere. Very homely and comfortable. Lovely sitting on the deck with comfortable chairs and watching the tuis in the trees "

"Absolutely loved this beautiful Lodge! The Breakfast & Dinner was excellent! My only advice is to make sure the shower control pads are cleaned properly & onetap in my bathroom was broken.
