"This is our 3rd night,1st check-in our room was not cleaned so they moved us . The staff person was gracious and moved us immediately. The spa bath did not work and not Netflix .2nd night everything was great . We did not use Ac so we did not notice any issue ."

"Summer Inn was a perfect location for our 2 nights in Orewa. Excellent beach access, 10 minute walk to beautiful Alice Eaves Scenic Reserve and 10 minute walk to MANY restaurants & shops. Was a BONUS to discover all rooms were completely renovated in 2025. On-site parking is plentiful and free. "

"Just need a bit of CRC on the door. Try to open and close it and sometimes it wont open until you wiggle it backwards and forwards a bit, then it opens."

"Absolutely loved this beautiful Lodge! The Breakfast & Dinner was excellent! My only advice is to make sure the shower control pads are cleaned properly & onetap in my bathroom was broken. Will still highly recommend Woodhouse Lodge. Lianne Jansen (Your chef made amazing food & the menus were 10/10 "

"Our stay here was amazing. We loved everything about this place from the size of the villa to the views. Me and my partner decided to host our wedding here. The first thing that came into our guests minds was the amazing view. Before we booked this place we asked the host two things. 1. It is possible to host a wedding here and 2. Can we view the property before hand. Jey the host said yes to both and that made us feel a lot better so we know what we are booking as we are trying to host our wedding here we want everything to be perfect. The communication was great between us and Jey for anything questions and queries we had we got an instant reply. We also appreciate the final touches/maintenance of the villa Jey did for our wedding to make it feel even more perfect. Lastly it was really nice arriving to the venue with a lovely welcome message along with a little mr & mrs present for us. We really appreciated that and made our experience even better. I would 100% come back here again! "
