"This property was basic. There was no key to lock it as it had been lost by the previous occupant. No proper toiletries, only half empty containers. Not enough pillows.....only x2. No fridge, therefore no milk to make a cuppa. Few tea bags only & a kettle. Ranchslider curtains were make shift & needed replacing. Did not meet our expectations at all."

"We had an amazing stay. The condo is well outfitted and perfectly set up for our needs with each bedroom having a bathroom. The location can’t be beat - steps across from beach access and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms without air conditioning can get warm but are easily cooled down with the doors and fans. Would stay again. "Always spotlessly clean has every thing you need if you need to cook or heat up food, and have a great selection of refreshments and lovely toiletries . The Thermal Mineral spa is invigorating to heart and soul you feel like a different person by the time you leave . We have been frequenting this Motel 22 years and feel well rested and happy. Wish we could afford to buy it ourselves .Thankyou Parakai geothermal Motel and staff we shall keep returning."
