Fabulous sunsets!
You could not beat the view for the evening sunsets from this condo! The condo was beautifully furnished and contained everything you needed for enjoying the Big Island! We even took private golf lessons at the golf course located directly across the street! We loved it!

Condo with fantastic views
Fantastic views overlooking the golf course and the Pacific Ocean. The condo was very well equipped, clean and lovely decor. It is on a nice complex with golfing facilities, tennis courts and a swimming pool. There is also Johnnys restaurant across the road which was ok. The owner was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend it

Our First Time Staying in Waikoloa Village
Our first time staying in Waikoloa Village. We have stayed many times at the Waikoloa Beach Resort but, got a little tired of how busy the area gets, and wanted to stay where life is a little more lay back. The condo is beautifully decorated, well equipped and spacious for a one bedroom, and the location is great. We especially liked the vaulted ceilings and skylights, making it bright and cheery throughout the day. And that spectacular view is priceless. Our hosts Lance and Naomi were awesome, and we want to thank them for sharing their little piece of paradise. We will be back! Mike & Barb G. Eagan, MN

Beautiful Sunsets!
We've stayed in quite a few areas on the Big Island, but this was our first stay in Waikoloa Village. We never used the pool because we were at the beach everyday and then back in time to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony! Upon our arrival, I was a little concerned about not having air conditioning(even though I was fully aware in advance), but after I opened up the doors and turned on the fans, it was great. It turned out that was the warmest day there, so it was never a problem. This unit is so well stocked! There are beach chairs, several sizes of snorkels and fins, cooler bags, etc. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. The new owner, Lance, was wonderful. The day of our checkout I contacted him to make sure I took care of everything before checkout. He responded quickly and was appreciative of our feedback. We would definitely stay again!

Terrific accommodations, fully stocked with extras including beach items. The (spectacular) views are as promised. The amenities, including a pool, tennis and discounted golf, are an added bonus. I grabbed groceries and did not test out any local eateries. Truly restorative for me.

Beautiful home, sweeping views
Beautiful and comfortable home with everything you need. Views over the ocean and star gazing were great. Kitchen has everything. Lots of things for the beach, including snorkels, towels and chairs. Although it is a complex in a busy community, it feels very private. You can see a few people out on the golf course, but that is it. Host contacted us ahead of time and provided a helpful guide with recommendations for eating, beaching, etc. Short drives to beaches and snorkeling. FYI Restaurants are limited, both in Wiakoloa and the Kohala Coast (most everything is in a resort).

Beautiful clean property with amazing views
This property is very clean with all of the amenities. The views from the back lanai are amazing. The decor is tasteful and aesthetically please. The only reason why I am not giving this property a five star rating is because the rental is very hot during the day. I stayed in August when outside temps were in mid to upper 80’ so the fans and open windows were not effective. It does cool down at night which is nice. If AC is important to you this may not be the best option during warmer months.

We had a wonderful stay and the views where amazing every night. The house was so clean and I love the washer and dryer features that you don’t get in a normal hotel. I loved the location and the tennis court and swimming pools was just across the street.

Ready to live in Waikoloa Village
Unit overlooks tees of a challenging par three hole that requires driving over a large deep gully. It has panoramic views of the Kohala and North Kohala coasts with stunning sunsets directly into the Pacific ocean. It is well stocked with extras for beach, snorkeling, bogie boarding, books to read, jigsaw puzzles, beautiful original Hawaiian art, washer/dryer, kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal at home, and close to restaurants as well. It has lots of room to relax (loved the Ekornes stressless chair) and to dine, either inside or on the lanai.

Great short stay in Waikoloa
Had a great 3 day stay at Will’s place. The view is stunning, as per the photos and previous reviews. Unit is spacious and comfortable and well equipped. More stuff than I needed, I’m more a minimalist sort of person and it’s just a matter of personal taste, but it worked very well and would be useful if I stayed longer. There was one maintenance issue and Will dealt with it immediately. I’d definitely stay again.

The view is great, but the sliding glass door and screen are very difficult to get open. The unit was clean, thank you, but there is so much furniture and decorations in a small space. The lighting is not great, the coffee cups should be replaced and the pilling on the sheets isn't comfortable. This is not meant to offend and it sounds like there are lots of people who love it like it is. We appreciate the opportunity to rent from Will.

Wonderful Repeat Stay
This is the second time my husband and I stayed here. We love how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is and the view is just gorgeous. We desperately needed a getaway to just relax and this was the perfect place for it.

Great location and view
Like every review says, the view from the deck is amazing.. The condo is clean and very well stocked, including kitchen (equipment, condiments, seasonings), snorkel and beach gear, washer/dryer, loads of toiletries in bathroom. It is comfortable. We only stayed three nights and didn’t cook but for longer stays, the place has everything you need. The only negatives were no air conditioning in the small bedroom (pretty common in Hawaii), but the breeze cooled it off pretty fast and the bed could use a new mattress but we slept fine. It would be nice to have privacy shades in the master bedroom, but not a huge issue. Internet did not work during late night and early morning but fine otherwise. The building is older, but the view makes up for any minor flaws. We like the location because it was not too busy, it’s close to beautiful beaches and easy to see the north part of the island. We would stay again.

Best sunsets and stargazing
This property was everything we needed, the breeze easily cooled it down when the windows were open. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy and there were plenty of food spots near by. The balcony was the best place to watch the sunset and the moon and stars at night. I would love to visit and hopefully stay again if it’s available.

Very nice and clean condo in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view of the golf course from the lani. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach gear (coolers, chairs, etc.). 'Would stay here again
We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this condo. My two favorite plusses: the kitchen was well equipped allowing for the cook in me to get creative; and we never got tired of the view. Will was quite responsive in communication which helped us feel cared for. We did have a challenge with secure wifi which was only an issue because my husband had to work during our time there. Will was not aware of the issue until we informed him and was working with the provider to get it resolved..

Nice view of the shore line in the distance. Despite being next to the golf course and having the greens mowed in the morning, there was no disturbing noise from the mowing. Well stocked, including recreational and beach equipment. Needed to keep the windows open at night in order to cool down apartment.

The Ultimate Relaxing Mini Vacation!
The highlight of the condo is definitely the lanai. I spent as much time out there as possible. The bird feeder below drew many different birds including nenes, turkeys and others. Very entertaining. The sunsets were spectacular and we enjoyed eating dinner on the lanai because there weren't any mosquitos or flies! One butt kitchen and bathroom but they had everything we needed so it worked well for us. The condo was clean in our personal space but lots of cobwebs up high. Really hard to clean those extremely tall ceilings! Overall we loved our stay. It's a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, just what we were looking for. We would stay again and will recommend it to our friends.
