"The house is in a beautiful location, however, for what we paid, the house itself was subpar. The furnishings were old and lacked much to be desired. The only place to sit inside was an outdoor couch that moved apart every time it was sit on and hard chairs at a stable or hard stools. The couch was very frustrating. There was not any place indoor our outdoor to cozy up after a day at the beach.Everything was old and outdated. In comparison to our previous stays, the location was great but the house was a 1 star. It was beyond hot in the home when we arrived and running all air that night, it did not cool down until 5am. It was hot inside the house 95% of the time. Cleanliness was just ok. I feel like if the owner put in a little effort for some updates, that would make this home so much better to stay at.Overall, the host was great, cleanliness was ok, home lacked in many areas and needs major updates. I would choose to not stay at this particular home again. There are many more for the same price range that offers much more. If location is what you are looking for, this home is in a great location."

"My daughter got married at Turtle Bay so the location was perfect. Loved sitting on the wrap around porch and watching the ocean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice having the air conditioners in each bedroom and living room. Although plenty of windows for cross winds to blow through without the air. Very clean. Overall no conplaints. Highly recommend for a family with 2 kids or even four adults."

"We had an amazing time at Rick’s place. It was as described plus 100X more. Rick was very helpful, friendly, and quick in communication. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The house had everything that we needed. It was extremely comfortable and clean. This was gold standard for vacation rental and we will definitely come back. The house was close to all the famous attractions mentioned on TikTok and instagram."

"Pros: This property is a very clean and functional house for a stay with a larger party.There are ample bedrooms (comfortable and clean), great bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen.Location is nearby a beach and local golf course.Good food truck options.Cons:The house location is deceiving. We thought that we were renting in an entirely different location and planned around that location; so that created more driving than expected.We had some AC issues, but the host resolved them.The front gate had issues and due to lack of sun; had a battery that kept dying, so we had to manually open and close the gate.Weird warning on the fridge about safety and neighbors, made us slightly concerned.Overall:Great house, but needs more clarity when booking. Would stay again with a large party!"

"What a view!!!! You know they always say location, location, location and from the ocean views to the sunsets to the great beaches, Tidepool Getaway does not disappoint! Stepping into the massive living area and seeing the spectacular view was breathtaking! The kitchen is a dream and very well appointed and equipped, even when there are multiple people cooking. Having the AC in each room was great because everyone was able to adjust to their own comfort level. If I could, I would stay here for every vacation! Absolutely fantastic! "

"We had a wonderful time at the Ocean Pearl -- it was well stocked with the essentials; communication was timely, clear, and helpful; the location was great (I had originally hoped for something closer to the ocean, but the location ended up being quiet, beautiful, and a pleasant walk away from Roy's Beach House and the ocean). It was a perfect retreat for our reunion and birthday celebration."
