"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht zu Gast, hatten aber eine wunderbare Auszeit vom Alltag. Der Service ist erstklassig und zuvorkommend. Die Innenarchitektur ist sehr modern und setzt auf Naturelemente wie Holz und Stein. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und perfekt eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
