After a very long day of travel, and taking the wrong train, and then finally arriving very late to the final destination…I realized there were no taxis from the train station. I didn’t have a problem with that because google maps said the walk to the hotel was only 25 minutes. However, because it was very late at night it was also very dark out and on some parts of the path there was no light at all. As a woman it was a bit scary. So I got off the path and into a neighborhood, and then I got very lost. I called the hotel and Kaya, the receptionist answered. Without hesitation we figured out where I was. He then came and picked me up, even in his own car!!! That is the most incredible service I’ve ever received! I was so exhausted as it was nearly midnight. Kaya shows up and is extremely pleasant and puts me at ease instantly. It’s employees like these that I wish there were more of!! Thank you so much Das Glax Allgäu for hiring him. He was exceptional!! Also great hotel, comfortable bed, and the best sleep I’ve had in a long time! Thank you!!
