"After much discussion with a manager, he convinced me that the room and bathroom were wheelchair accessible. They weren’t. They put one of our guests in a single pitch up tent with a small mattress. They managed to get zero sleep. Other than that, the atmosphere is great there and the staff are really friendly."

"A notre arrivée le gérant est sympathique et aidant Il nous amène à la chambre qui sent très fort le parfum. Quelques heures plus tard une forte odeur désagréable de cigarettes émane de la chambre. "Very conveniently located across from the entrance to Petra. The staff are very friendly, and even gave us complimentary late checkout when we requested it. They will also fill your water bottles with cold water and ice - much needed for a hot day out in Petra! My only criticism is that I would not recommend eating dinner here. The food was very average, and much more expensive compared to the restaurants nearby."
