Amazing hotel. It seems quite new. The room was very spacious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the entrance to Petra. Great to have the rooftop pool to cool down after we did the hike from Little Petra. Could not fault anything in this hotel. Great stay!

Excellent springboard for exploring Petra. Less than 5 minutes walk to the visitor center. My room was well appointed and spotless — and I appreciated the welcome baklava. Great shower, comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. The staff is wonderful - very friendly and hospitable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! (One great thing about the hotel being so close is the ability if you need a break during the brutal midday heat, it’s so easy to go grab a shower and refresh.)

The perfect place to stay!

We absolutely loved our short stay here. It was in pristine condition, perfectly clean, comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very kind. The location was perfect, next to the entrance and within a short walk to many restaurant and market options. We felt very spoiled and would love to come back again.

The only down side was thatbthe pool and spa facilities werent available as it was technically still winter when we visited. The location is walking distance to the petra visitors centre and tourism street where you can visit the many little cafes. The staff are the best ive met in every area of the hotel. I highly recommended this property.

Can recommend staying at the Petra Moon Luxury Hotel if visiting Petra. The main entrance is around the corner and we got very good advise from staff the best and easiest way to see the Monastery. This was very helpful as I hadn't found this route anywhere. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast was a fantastic spread; we had 1 dinner there which was good as well.

A lovely comfortable modern hotel, with great amenities and a relaxing stay after a long day at the Petra Archaeological site. There was a pod coffee machine in both rooms and complimentary baklava to greet us. Both rooms were well appointed and overlooked the visitor center in Petra. Other than a hiccup at check in regarding Expedia related payment for the rooms, everything went smoothly and the staff were all nothing but kind and courteous throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and had many local dishes in addition to the standard buffet to delight and fill us up. Mamon checked us out and was gregariously funny and kind. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay here so wonderful.
