"We really loved everything about this hotel and had a wonderful stay. Firstly, the location is unbeatable—it is right next to the entrance of the Petra ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary drinks, and Mahmoud at reception was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. The decor of both the hotel and our room was lovely, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We also really appreciated the complimentary mini-fridge, which was fully stocked with drinks—perfectly needed after a long day of trekking around Petra and climbing the cliffs! The standard of hygiene and cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. One useful tip: when getting a taxi, I would recommend going directly to the taxi rank outside the hotel rather than asking the hotel to arrange one. We found that the hotel-arranged taxi was around double the price. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel."

L’entrée du site de Petra est à 1 min de l’hôtel . Restaurant The cave : très bon . Bref : tout était parfait."

"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality here is exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and very well run. Breakfast was generous and excellent, and the level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. What impressed us most was the personal warmth of the people here. We had some lovely conversations and really enjoyed getting to know them a little during our stay. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation. One of the warmest and most genuinely hospitable hotel experiences we’ve had."
