We were upgraded to the resort. It was absolutely beautiful. The design of the pool area was spectacular! The front desk staff spoke good English and very helpful. May at the front desk was awesome. Rooms were clean, we only ate at the restaurant once but it was the best pho soup we had. Highly recommend

Good location, friendly service

The Wind hotel is in a street with easy walkable access to coffee shops, bars and restaurants! The room we got when checking in was looking towards the cliff wall! It was small and we were a bit disappointed as the pictures looked different! I told the staff at reception and she gave up a much bigger room( apartment) with kitchenette! It was very nice and we felt much more comfortable! The windows are huge and with sitting area, daily cleaning, bottled water and coffee/tea!

This was a terrific place to stay. Very convenient for the bars and restaurants in VT. Spotlessly clean, amazing breakfasts especially the Pho and the stir fried noodles. Transport up to the resort available during the day. Has great swimming pool. The complimentary massage was exceptional. Star of the show is Miss Lily at Reception who is absolutely fantastic. Super helpful super friendly and super efficient. We loved her. Highly recommend this hotel.

2回目の利用だが今回も素晴らしかった。ブンタウでは、このホテル以外は考えられない。 レセプション/プールなどホテルの共用設備はキレイで、同様に部屋の清掃も行き届いている。アメニティも問題ない。 今回は時間の関係で利用出来なかったが、オプションの朝食は一品づつ手作りで大変美味しく、部屋だけでなくテラスでとる事もできる。 同じくオプションのスパ(マッサージ)も素晴らしくてコリがほぐれ足が軽くなる。 ホテルのスタッフは皆さん気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくれる。 特に受付フロントスタッフの対応は本当に素晴らしい。バスチケットの手配/お薦めレストランの紹介など、何に対しても良い対応をしてくれる。 1つだけ難しいのがロケーション。バックビーチとフロントビーチのだいたい中間に位置していて、自分は良いトコ取りと思えるが、海に来たのにビーチから遠かったり、回りにお店が無い事を不満に感じる人もいると思う。

非常綺麗でホスピタリティに優れたブティックホテル

友人と一泊しました。 決め手は従業員のホスピタリティと綺麗との高評価と、フロントビーチとバックビーチの中間に位置し、どちらでも徒歩でアクセス可能な点でした。 泊まってみた結果、評価通り最高のブティックホテルでした。まず従業員がいつも笑顔で対応してくれました。要望にも迅速に英語対応。また部屋も非常に綺麗で、デザインもモダンで広々としてました。 また朝食+マッサージのオプションで予約したのですが、これがコスパ抜群。専用のマッサージ個室で施術を受けれます。朝食も6種類くらいから選べてボリュームもありました。 また値段もこなれて居て本当にお勧めのホテルです！！

Great hotel than can be recommended. Stayed there for 4 nights in the Balcony Suite. Nice designed room and balcony towards the back / pool area. Balcony in the shadow so not to hot, and nice and quiet. Breakfast served at the room , no problem to get it an hour then normal ( 6 in the morning). Breakfast was delicious with several different options. Served on correct time , not even 1 min late :-) Parking for bikes in the garage under the hotel and 2 cars can be parked outside. Used the complimentary massages and it was great, highly recommended. All staff very helpfull and good service on our stay.

Very helpful and friendly staffs really made my stay more enjoyable. The hotel itself was good for the price I paid especially with the 2 massage vouchers that were already included with the hotel cost. If I have to complain one thing, it would be noises from other rooms. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Hyvät puitteet ja loistavaa palvelua

Hyvä ja erittäin siisti huone. Hotellista löytyi saunat ja allas sekä kattobaari. Hintaan sisältyi myös ilmainen kuljetuspalvelu päivisin, jolla pääsi rannalle ja takaisin. Respasta sai puhelimen matkaan millä pystyi tilaamaan paluu kyydin hotellilta.

Vaikutti aluksi hieman vaatimattomalla mutta kätki sisäänsä keitaan jossa oli loistavat palvelut:uima-allas, sauna ja höyryhuone, shuttle-palvelu ja pyykkiplvelu ja kuntosali. Aamiainen tilattiin aina edellisenä päivänä. Hyvä minimarket vieressä ja ruokapaikat lähellä. Lähes koko henkilökunta puhui hyvää englantia ja olivat erittäin ystävällisiä. Ainoa miinus oli kapeahko sänky ja näkymä ikkunasta kallioseinää vasten. Yläkerroksen baarissa ihana tuuli viilensi sopivasti. Tulisin uudelleen.

We had a family room which was very nice and roomy. It's a little far from the beach but very quite, one plus for the service is that they had a free transportation to surrounding areas. I would come back again
