Clean and fresh - Would recommend

Very clean and helpful staff. For the price the quality of everything was great. Would happily come here again one day. The hotel is also walking distance to a local supermarket in a decent size shopping mall with other fast food and entertainment options.

The hotel was very nice the staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The hotel was located about a half a mile or so from the beach walkable. The hotel was on one of the exits of a large circle with a large landmark monument, the local shopping center was on an exit of the circle also. There were several food places and a massage place close by. Very nice place great staff.

Xung quanh hotel có nhiều tiệm ăn, siêu thị Lottemart gần bên ,đi bộ ước chừng 10 phút đến bài biển tắm và thap tắm thang. Hotel phục vụ tốt ,giường ngủ êm ái ,lần sau sẽ trở lại. Moi thu không có gì khiếu nại

一人旅で利用したが、フロントマンが親切で最高の宿だった。 ブンタウから、ファンティエット行きたいと伝えると、次の日のバスをすぐに予約してくれ、ベトナム語を話せないことを心配し、翌日バスステーションまで送迎してくれた。人情味あふれるいいホテル。

Friendly Staff, very clean. Breakfast is stilled cold i.e sausages and bacon. Some baked beans and fried tomatoes would be a nice addition for western breakfast.

좋은점 : 방도, 화장실도 넓고,깨끗함, 조식도 간단히 먹을만 했으며, 친절하였슴 *단점 1. 트윈룸이었는데 공간을 고려해서 침대사이즈를 정했다해도 침대가 넘 작습니다 2. 3성 호텔급중 비싼 가격대, 가성비 만족도 낮음 3. 방이 금연이라는데 금연표시 찾기 힘듦

Nice Hotel Good Price Smelly Bathroom

Hotel was a good value for the money. Service needs improving. Location is convenient next to the mall, but if you don't have a motorbike, it's not walkable from the beach, restaurants and entertainment. On check-in they could not find our hotels.com reservation. We waited for a while, they asked us if we would pay direct if they could not find it, I said no because it's hassle to cancel with hotels.com, they eventually found the reservation. The room was good size and comfortable bed. The downside was the stinky bathroom. It smelled like a sewer, which crept into the room. It was worse after a shower, so perhaps something to do with the water coming up. It was manageable, but smelled. Stayed 3 nights. First day we came back late at night and room was not cleaned. We had to go to front desk and ask to them to clean room. The following day we came back around 6:30pm and the room was again not cleaned. Had to go back to front desk and ask them to clean the room. Two days in a row no proactive clean. Breakfast was ok. On weekend there was buffet, but on Monday there was nothing, you just ordered off a menu when arrived at 9:15am. Weird, but I guess not many guests on Monday compared with weekend so they don't make food buffet?! Also first morning my GF showed up a few minutes after 9:30am and lady at front desk ran to tell her she cannot go to breakfast b/c it's too late. I was in there eating and there was still people going to the buffet at this time. It's okay hotel.

The confirmation indicated my room with city view and my room have no view . The view is the other house bathroom. I was concern and point out my booking reservation and the reception lady tell me that she don’t have anymore room available and she also said my reservation is not refundable.

Fint hotel i Vung Tau

Rigtig fint hotel i en ok omrade i Vung Tau. Morgenmad er lidt specielt set med fra en europæisk synspunkt men vi er i Vietnam! Dejlig café i forbindelse med hotellet. Alle personale var enorme venlig og hjælpsøm - ikke super god til engelske men alle sammen bedre end jeg er til vietnamesisk. Skal tilbage til Vung Tau snart og vil book hotellet igen

最悪なホテル。二度と滞在しない。

価格相応に設備は、まあまあだった。２泊したうち一夜で、21時過ぎまでミーティングルームで宴会しており、大音量のカラオケが部屋に居ても入ってきて、最悪な滞在だった。一部の客に対してサービスするのは良いが、その為に他の客を馬鹿にしすぎだ。最低なホテルで、二度と滞在したくない。
