The balcony was a very big communal garden with benches and tables with a sea view which made the experience amazing. The hotel was very clean. I could not fault. The staff and cleaners were very friendly also.

The Palace Hotel has the most amazing staff. This hotel offers a great breakfast buffet to start your day and is steps away from the ocean, parks and adult entertainment. I enjoy my stay at the palace because of the front desk staff and incredible manager.

Nice staff. Solid holiday with a nice room. Don't expect overly fancy but it was in a great location for bars and restaurants. I'd stay again.

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights during Tet 2020 at this Palace hotel and came away disappointed. While the staff was nice and professional, the hotel unfortunately failed short of a 4-star standard. The rooms of this hotel are quite old and in desperate need of a remodeling and update. Breakfasts in the morning are just okay and not worthy of, nor comparable to, any other 4-star hotel, with the 2nd day breakfast only slightly varied from our first day. Overall, this is a pricey 2.5 to 3-star hotel that is centrally located in a convenient and popular location (close to park, Circle K store, and other restaurants). For seafood lovers, this hotel is within walking distance to Ganh Hao seafood restaurant. Hotel has in-house casino that is open to guests with foreign passports. In summary and unfortunately, we can not recommend this 4-star hotel in its current condition.

Far better value for money just around the corner.
In its hey day I’m sure this was a very opulent hotel. Unfortunately they have neglected to refurbish rooms. Cigarette burns in carpets, dodgy electrical sockets and a need of a lick of paint. Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff who were superb. Pool area could do with more than 9 sunloungers to service the 80+ rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet on offer.

Had been staying this hotel for a few years. Hotel is abit old but room is clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast is normal. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Good hotel
Wifi is pretty slow. A/C was able to run all day without a key in the slot so the room was always nice and cool. Hotel staff were very friendly. Egg lady made really good omelettes every time. Comfy beds with good linen.

Deceiving pictures!
Pictures are deceiving because they were taken many years ago. Hotel is tired and needs renovation. At the least they should clean the dirty stains on the carpeting. Breakfast was not worth the extra money. The beach was nearby but water was filthy. Restaurants and convenience stores just 2 minutes away but location not near the local mall. Didn’t use any of the amenities.

This is a slightly older hotel situated in the entertainment area of Vung Tau near the Front Beach. My room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.
