This is our third stay with Erica’s House. Block C - was clean and we had a microwave. Rented motorbike through them as well. Pool still closed on Tuesdays. Keep your thongs with you at the pool, our thongs went missing - not sure if someone took them accidentally or not.

We were supposed to have ocean view, but not available for first day. He offered us room with view for second night but two much trouble to change rooms for one night. Elevators are incredibly slow. Ants in room. Infinity pool is gorgeous! Security guard, Andy, was extremely helpful, great suggestions for where to eat, etc AC worked very well.

The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance. They gave me no alternative solution and simply told me to cancel through Expedia — even though the booking clearly stated that cancellation would result in most of the payment being withdheld. I tried calling them back multiple times, but they refused to pick up and only replied through WhatsApp messages, again telling me to cancel for a “refund.” The whole situation felt like they were trying to push me into cancelling. It was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable to notify me at the last minute without giving me any chance to find another place. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and resolved everything. They helped me secure a similar 3‑bedroom apartment in the same building. Their support saved my family’s vacation from what could have been the worst experience. Kudos to Expedia for standing behind their customers. This experience has given me much more confidence in booking future travel with them.

Great stay

The song We enjoyed our stay in the studio apartment on floor 29.08. Balcony facing inwards with clothes rack for hanging out laundry. Small table and two chairs. Our room was spacious and relatively clean. Couch. Fan. Full length mirror. Dining table, 4 chairs. Coffee table. Dressing table with stool. Block out curtains worked well. Plenty of power points. Free 1.5L water. Smart TV. Iron. Hairdryer. Washing machine. Mini fridge. There are minibar items for purchase. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. No washing powder. Body wash provided. Shampoo was empty. Tuesday - pool closed. There are Saunas is in the ladies and men’s toilets on floor 36th with infinity pool. Must rinse off in the shower before entering pool. Put your shoes in the yellow marked area before entering pool area. Motorbike parking in the basement is 5k each exit, 20k overnight. Free if renting it through Erica’s house. 150k/day. Lottemart is a short walk away. The boys at reception were helpful whenever we needed anything. Their office is the first office on the right hand side as you are walking in - 1.24. They will walk you to your apartment. We would’ve liked a microwave, dish rack, tea towel and a cloth to wipe the benches down. We would definitely rent from Erica’s house again 😊.
