"We have mixed feelings about our stay at the Mekong Lodge. The hotel and grounds are quaint, and we got to extensively relax at the bar and by the pool, which was nice after being in loud and busy HCMC. However, the hotel is undergoing renovations, and the sounds of construction filled the air from 730am to 730pm -> not so nice if you intend to take a nap in your room, or eat lunch in the restaurant by the water. "I recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing—perfect for escaping the noise of the city. The view from the resort is stunning, and everything around feels calm and refreshing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my trip was riding a bike with my son around the area—it was a special and memorable moment for both of us. The pool was amazing as well. The water was very clean, and it was a great place to unwind and cool off. Overall, it was a perfect day to relax and recharge. I’d definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful break."

"We have come to stay at this hotel many times over the years whenever we come to My Tho, it’s a GEM. Clean and very convenient location, well kept property, recently remodel. Very good and variety breakfast daily. An excellent place for dining too and plenty of options outside of the hotel. A five minutes walk to the market. I would recommend that they should install shower instead of bath to accommodate elderly and short people. However, everything else is perfect. Strongly recommend that you book the room with the river view for sunrise and sunset. It’s well worth the money."

"This is an historic sprawling building situated on the river front. The front desk reception was very friendly and enthusiastic. She gave us a room on the second floor with balcony overlooking the river. Room was basic but comfortable. Internet was fine. Shower was good. Facilities in the room were relatively new, perhaps a few years at most. Bed and linen were comfortable. There is a minibar and fridge in the room. Breakfast consisted of a menu. You can order one feed and one drink. I had acceptable bun bo hue. I asked for an orange juice and a coffee which surprised the waitress but was granted to me. Id stay here again if I visit My Tho in the future. "
