The breakfast was average—similar to what you would get at a $100-per-night hotel, with very limited variety and only the basics. The pool was not heated. The view was beautiful, but that was about it."

"No clean towels in the pool area, reservation claimed to provide snacks, upgraded parking, and handicapped accessible. The bathroom had a tub and there was a shower chair, so not accessible. No snacks, not even a mattress protector. "

"The room was smaller than I expected. I was also surprised that the cleaning crew was not as prompt as what I'm used to. That said...beautiful spot...nice restaurant oin premises with good food and great access to downtowen Naples. I would stay there again!"
