It’s located in the centre of Voiron, just 100 metres from the train station, and offers unobstructed views! Non-assigned parking spaces are available within the residence (with a gate access card) for your convenience, as well as an lift to reach the apartment on the 3rd and top floor.<br><br>Special attention has been paid to every detail to ensure you have a truly memorable stay. The boho-chic decor is sure to put you at ease instantly: soft and soothing, in shades of linen, twine, and white, featuring rattan furniture, dried pampas grass, eternal roses, macramé, jute rugs, wicker baskets, and candles... <br><br>Indirect LED strip lighting throughout the apartment, with adjustable brightness and colour to suit your every mood.<br><br>The bathroom features a two-person whirlpool tub (L180 x W130 cm) with built-in light therapy. No need to rush—the whirlpool is equipped with a water heater, so just relax, enjoy, and unwind ;)<br>You’ll also love its walnut-colored tile flooring, indirect lighting, candles, and soothing, restful decor to enhance your moment of relaxation.<br><br>As for aromatherapy, essential oil diffusers will further awaken your senses and are available for your use throughout the apartment.<br>Sweet almond massage oil will also be available for your use.<br><br>The balcony terrace, a true extension of the apartment, is furnished with a solid teak table and four designer rattan chairs. To the right, a hanging egg-shaped chair will allow you to relax while gazing at the Grande Sure and let your thoughts wander freely for a moment of pure relaxation.<br><br>Decorative items that will appeal to your senses and catch your eye (tabletop fireplace, solar lantern on the balcony, ceiling mirror above the bed, 3D essential oil diffuser, illuminated champagne bucket with built-in Bluetooth speaker, wooden noughts and crosses set, puzzle, stimulating games for couples…).<br><br>As for the bedding, a magnificent 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed with built-in, backlit nightstands, a memory foam mattress, and a cloud-like mattress topper will ensure you enjoy the coziest nights. <br>The bed will always be made upon your arrival so you can fully enjoy your stay. <br>A ceiling mirror above the bed will enhance and enliven your nights.<br><br>Are there more than 1 or 2 of you? No problem—the L140 x 190 cm double fold-down bed offers a total capacity of 4 sleeping spots. Pull the handle on the wardrobe, and a double bed will lower from the wall in less than a minute, providing two full-size beds—not just extra sleeping space.<br><br>The apartment features a TV with digital terrestrial channels (TNT) and free Wi-Fi.<br><br>The apartment was completely renovated in May/June 2021 and features a fully equipped, custom-built kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso-style coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.).<br><br>Given the high-end nature of the furnishings and decor, I would appreciate it if you would treat the space with care and leave it just as you found it.<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you!<br>Sébastien
