Brit Hotel not helpful during emergency situation. Not responding to emails and calls prior to check in. Customers stayed outside the hotel waiting too long for calls and customers kept knocking the door to check in and no one opens the door. Customers no choice but look for another hotel in the
middle of the night. Cancelled 2nd day check in due to bad experiences and upsetting situation with Brit hotel. Hotel.com must cancel contract with them.

Helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was average quality; tea bags kept at reception so you had to ask for them but I guess people had been taking them! Restaurant was good - majority of diners seem to be single people probably on business trips. Room was very small but also quiet. No lift so might be unsuitable for clients who have mobility issues. Strange that there is a notice in the room about paying for any glasses you might steal! Maybe reflects a poor experience on their part!
