Charming attic studio in downtown Grenoble

  • Saint Laurent district, on a courtyard, very quiet, this charming little studio is perfectly equipped and maintained.
    It looks like a caravan, if you are tall you will feel like you are becoming "Gulliver", go your way!

    Access: bicycle storage, rubbish room where we sort, free laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
    Our office on the ground floor of 22 rue St Laurent, in the morning from 8 am to 12 pm and in the evening from 7 pm to 8 pm, or by appointment, Pierre, Sergio and Magali are there for you.

Please avoid this accommodation if you want peace and quiet. I lived there for 3 months and was not aware how badly you can hear people walking/running up and down the stairs (even the room itself was vibrating - additionally people closing the gate was annoyingly loud. This noise during late times at night and really early in the morning was waking me (not good when you have a placement to go to and low quality rest). Also the laundry facilities is misleading because you have to go to a different address (an entirely different apartment), on the same street. These facilities were very busy. Having said this the studio itself was generally good, it had everything I needed (except an oven). Its just a shame this was ruined by the noise.
