"Chose this hotel for a one night stopover largely because it had a pool and after 6 hours driving (shared) being able to relax and have a swim sounded like a good idea. Booked a Lux room which was a relatively new addition to the hotel and it was really lovely great shower room and very spacious with a small outside space. The pool was one of the nicest hotel pools good size and nice relaxed pool loungers. We had one issue being woken at 7.30 by someone with an industrial floor cleaner doing the corridor outside our room. Housekeeping really need to rethink that"

"I appreciate the very attentive reception staff and their highly professional services. Very high point during our stay. I had problems with the WiFi connection. Might have been my own laptop and android issues. but it deserves probing by management."
