"The Family Room was beautifully decorated. It is clean with loads of space and a very thoughtful layout. It is more than enough for 2 adults and 4 children (3 teens and 1 x 8 year old). It is equipped with quality high tech appliances and loads of USB / USBC sockets and therefore not requiring plugs and adapters. Some can find it a bit out of the way, but given we were driving, it is a very easy and convenient location. Close to the airport and within walking distance to Little Italy. Our family wished we stayed here longer! The gentleman who is on duty on the night shift is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There is facilities to do your laundry, just make sure you have loads of quarter! If we come back around the area, I will definitely book here again!! "

"The room was very clean, they had extra shower and hand towels also including pool towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk for check-in and check-out. Every time we went to go explore San Diego, we would come back to new bed sheets and a clean room. They do go above and beyond at this location. "
