"Toiletries etc are not in room, mouse in room, the room requires updating lots of old linen bed etc, very poor condition, relatively cheap. Surrounding area full of bad manner children always demanding money. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Henann Crystal Boracay, we’ve stayed here many times, the check in process was great and special mention to Rheanna at the front desk, very knowledgeable and helpful, she remembers us from couple months ago that we checked in. Breakfast selections are great, our beach front view room was clean and spacious. All the staff were very attentive and helpful, definitely will be staying again at Henann Crystal Sands Boracay. Thank you!"
