From checking in to checking out this hotel and staff was the best. They were able to provide transportation service from the airport to the hotel, round trip (Cost extra). All was near by - pool, beach, shops, activities, restaurants, etc.

I had an amazing time at the Hennan Regency. The rooms were nice and so was the staff. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet on the beach each morning. I hope to stay here again when I return.

The level of attention, kindness, and professionalism is remarkable. Our suite came with so many wonderful add ons (breakfast served at a more private restaurant, complimentary snacks from 11am to 5pm, and free cocktails at 4-6pm!). A stand out for me is our server Alysa who was so patient of reminding us of our free meals and drinks.
