"I had a great experience at this hotel back when I was there towards the end of November 2025. The establishment is in great condition, and clean They have an amazing staff make you feel welcome, and are attentive. I want to thank the butlers Janray and Don, Veron from the lobby, the concierges DJ (travel support), Jacilin, Reynaldo, Aniano, Monique, Cherry (tour travel coordination), Hannah (chef from executive lounge) who made and prepared delicious food, Shien and Nina from the lobby lounge, and the housekeeping team including Airene for the clean room. "We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. We befriended and fed a little stray cat who was pregnant and hanging around the entrance area during our stay. We request that the hotel adopt and care for this sweet little cat and her kittens and get them all spayed and neutered after her litter comes. I’m sure that you could easily collect enough donations from the guests to support this and everyone would feel better knowing that this little girl was being taken care of. Thank you."
