This was a first time at Citadines. Very clean and luxurious. The apartment-style suite was very nice and quiet too. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Bacolod.

This is my go to Hotel in Bacolod. The property is clean and the area is close to nice restaurants. I also like the free breakfast with a lot of options. I tried staying at Seda Hotel and Citadines is better and newer.

Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean. We loved that the kids club waa across the gym so this was a great amenity for those who work out every day. The pool was great for lap swim, especially early in the am when there was nobody else. Breakfast was pricey, but had lots of options. We liked that pastries and bread were purposefully prepped in tiny servings as most people just want to try and taste these. Shyra from the dining room went above and beyond for us. She anticipated what we needed, we didn't have to ask for much.

It was a short and simple stay. The hotel was excellent even amidst the chaotic city conditions . It was ideal when i selected it due to its location to the airport. The staff were very supportive and friendly. the facility was very clean , but it was also very new compared to the surroundings.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—lacson street. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning.
