Yes, we had a nice stay there. Amenities were great. We loved the morning buffet. The room was clean good service. We will be back December 3. Staff was very friendly at the reception and at the restaurant thank you so much.

I showed an hour early and when I asked to check in I was reminded that check-in is 2pm and asked to wait until then. Also, the rat I observed running through the dining room during breakfast made me lose my appetite and desire to remain in the hotel.

Love the hotel and its location. Major down side was the wifi you could not work from your room wifi kept going in and out and extremely slow. I would have to go sit in the hallway by the elevator or go down stairs if I really needed wifi to work. Over all a great place.

We enjoyed our stay, the location relative to the port and Blvd. area was very convenient. The room was nice and was a good value. Good breakfast and coffee in the morning. We appreciated the safe parking area.

Items to improve in the room it would be better if the TV will be upgraded to smart TV. For breakfast, please give options for foreigner guests that doesn’t eat filipino breakfast like cereals, pancakes, and bacon. I like how the place are always kept clean and friendly staffs that gave good service during our stay
