"Breakfast included was great. Big verity lunch a Brunch! Hours for food and use of skypool bar pool should stay open later than 9:30pm Staff is great They assisted all the way to airport shuttle when you purchase the ground/speed boat transportation"

"I love the beach side room. Very interesting place. Walking around is my favorites rather than ride the golf cart to get around the resort. The front desk need some training how to greet meet the guests. I mean more pleasant even if you are local or foreign. Helen Williams ( guests )"

"The rooms are very clean. I started with direct access for four nights in the premium room and then enjoyed prime so much that I canceled another hotel. I was going to and got the Direct access for three more nights, but not a premium room and although the room was smaller, the layout was great and the food was awesome but the staff including Toffee at the front desk were great, and the host Marian at the buffet was so helpful and courteous. After seven nights at prime, we’ve now been four nights at the Palms and was truly spoiled by the direct access of the pool"

"We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton which was a lovely treat before flying back home. My partner and I had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and outstanding quality. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We both made use of the spa for a massage which was so good and the staff in the spa were also amazing."

"Everything felt easy and friendly. Nice spacious rooms, excellent pool facilities including poolside food and drinks, plenty of sun lounges etc. My only small criticism is that the restaurants felt VERY busy at breakfast, perhaps those facilities aren't quite large enough to accommodate the number of rooms in the hotel? Other than that, very nice hotel and great value!"
