"Hotel is a little tired and carpet really should be replaced in the hallways, however rooms are very clean and staff are incredible. The breakfast buffet is TOP NOTCH. Location is 10/10, being right next door to Ayala Mall."

"Staff was AMAZING, they were there every time you needed them and always asked about the stay. The food was good and the happy hour and chocolate hour was what we looked forward to everyday. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Mactan Newtown ( although parts don’t have a sidewalk). "

"The worst of the worst customer service from the time we were checking in. We were the first at check-in counter as we arrived at the hotel at around 8 AM. We understand check-in time is 3PM so we patiently waited. However, we noticed they have been letting in everyone that came in to the check-in counter so we tried to follow up multiple times. They’ve been telling us no available room yet which is hard to believe because everybody that came in from 9AM till 2:55PM got in except for us. Finally, at exactly 3PM they let us get a room. They said that check in time is actually 3PM. REALLY???"

"The manager that helped us check I was so helpful. Every time we would pass by an employee they would smile and say hello. Everyone was so welcoming and so helpful. Transportation into the city was easy to obtain via the hotel. One of the best experiences in my life. The hotel is clean the rooms are beautiful and clean. I would 100000% Stay here again."

"Great family resort. Breakfast ok, food in restaurants lovely. Staff fab & once we understood transport from airport to resort it was great. I feel more explaining of process from getting from Boracay airport to Boracay island. Overall a wonderful stay."
