"The worst of the worst customer service from the time we were checking in. We were the first at check-in counter as we arrived at the hotel at around 8 AM. We understand check-in time is 3PM so we patiently waited. However, we noticed they have been letting in everyone that came in to the check-in counter so we tried to follow up multiple times. They’ve been telling us no available room yet which is hard to believe because everybody that came in from 9AM till 2:55PM got in except for us. Finally, at exactly 3PM they let us get a room. They said that check in time is actually 3PM. REALLY???"
