"Very friendly staff. Not a three star hotel, but if you read all the fine prints and know what you're getting into it's perfectly fine for one night. Really close to the ferry terminal which is what I needed."

"Door knob fell off upon entry, there were no clear instructions on how throw out garbage, yet owner sent threatening messages about garbage left near some other garbage at building entry and a suggestion I broke door knob. "Unit" is nice, but beware of owner."
