Peaceful property
The home was peaceful. Right on the water & there was plenty of pots,pans,dishes, & silverware. There was condiments in the fridge that were used that im guessing were also for our use but it didnt sit right with me using unopened food. There was only 1 small TV with no cable connections & no dedicated den/living room. My kids love to game together & this was not possible. There was no sofa just a day bed & 1 recliner. It wasnt as comfortable as I'd hoped it would be, including beds. Communication with the host was quick & I was offered a refund for some amenities that were incorrectly advertised.

Great place, awesome host!
My family greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as described, if not better! Communication was fast and precise. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. The views of the bay are absolutely breathtaking!

Love This Place
Wonderful place to stay on the River/Bay. We love the dock, the outside fire pit, the view!!! Super comfortable, clean, and well stocked home.

Relaxing Weekend
The location was beautiful. Sun rises and sunsets each day made the trip as relaxing as I could have wanted. The house itself was clean, packed with helpful items, and spacious. For 4 adults, it was plenty of space and plenty of fun. I would do this trip again.

Everything we could need was provided, and the views were stunning, especially at sunset. The host was very easy and accommodating,as an unexpected car repair required us to extend our stay.

Perfect Get Away Spot
The house is clean and comfortable and the view is beautiful. We loved sitting on the dock and watching the osprey and enjoying the peace and quiet!

Great time at the Rivah!!
This is an adorable cottage with breathtaking river views. The fantastic dock was perfect for sunbathing and sunsets. The cottage is well appointed with nice touches like coffee fixings, good books to read and games. A memorable stay. Our host was responsive and super kind. Highly recommend!!

Very nice peaceful area
We had a great time at the house. The doc was nice to watch the sun coming up. House had every thing we needed. The grill was useful as well. Its out in a country setting but very close to town.

Work Weekend
Nice location and home. It was a work weekend and we used it for eating dinner getting cleaned up and rested for the next day. Will book again in the future for family get away. Assuming it will be available when we are, as I’m sure you have know problem keeping it full during peak season. Thanks

Perfect anti-stress vacation spot
From scenic drive into the property, the ease of the check-in and the cleanliness of the house and grounds this was just what we needed for a few days to unwind from our very stressful jobs. We were able to watch the beginning of a new dock being built. Also able to visit the local Mathews Market Days festival while in town. This was like going to visit an old friend’s house. Very very friendly town.
