Rooms are great. Ocean view, very clean. Staff are amazing. Literally steps from the beach. Convenient with restaurants, stores and shops. Will come back and will definitely be the place of our stays. Oh and the suites are big enough for a family of 6. 2 adults and 4 small kids. Love it there!

The hotel needs an UPGRADE IMMEDIATELY! The couch in the living room felt old and dirty. We couldn't open the refrigerator without having to lift the door up first. Some of the outlets didn't have the cover to hide the wires inside the wall. It was so dusty in the vents and the in the fan in the bathroom. The lady that check me was rude. She didn't speak or smile the entire time she check me in. I will never stay here again nor would I recommend it. It just felt old and dirty. The only good thing about this place is the location.

I decided to book this hotel for this Mother’s Day weekend as it’s my wife’s first Mother’s Day very special, right? For starters when I checked in to the first room, I was assigned on the third floor. The room was horrible. It was disgusting and the condition was terrible. It looked like it was fall apart, so I asked can I get another? I was given another room on the fifth floor once my wife arrived we started to get comfortable and we realized that we couldn’t adjust the heat or air. It was stuck on heat. They had maintenance come up when maintenance came to fix the issue. He made it worse by getting the system stuck on one setting so we had no heat or air settings so the night of our last day it was extremely hot in the morning and we could do nothing to get comfortable. All we were told us we could talk to management the next morning, which management did nothing once I went to the front desk , and there was nothing they could do when we were checking out about an hour later tried to come and offer us a free night after we had already packed up the room and was ready to leave so the timing for you trying to fix the issue was also very Inconvenient. I won’t be booking this hotel again!

The place was very nice and convenient to all the shops. Literally footsteps away from the beach. The place wasn’t sparkling clean but it was good enough for me and my family. We would stay there again ☺️

Very close to the boardwalk easy access to all the fun things around. Staff was excellent and the room was nice.

The person who check us in Friday evening was friendly enough. When we got to our room, we did find a cockroach on the ceiling so I think this issue is something that really does need addressed. The location of the hotel is nice because it’s close to the pier without being right next to it, so it’s not as busy. The back door gets locked at night so you have to walk around to the front anytime you go out, which was a little inconvenient. The hot tub was also closed all day Saturday and that was one of the reasons we booked with this hotel so it was a little bit of a let down there too. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The hotel was adequate for our needs. Great views of the beach. Close to eating & entertainment. The wifi is very stong & stable. A little more expensive than what you are really getting. This is an older property that I would give a B minus for up keep. No breakfast available. Make sure not to bring your pet to this property b/c they are very strict & rude about the policy. I say this because when looking online there is contradicting information about this property. The rooms are definitely not sound proof as we could hear upstairs & next door neighbors through out the night. It is hard to distinguish between staff & guest as outside of the cleaning staff, no one wears badges, company shirts, etc. Make sure to check out by 11am regardless of your check out time, because all keys of guest on property stop working & you have go down to desk, if someone is available, which not always the case, to get a new room key. Coming back from the beach, wet, & cold, I had to leave my spouse w/ our stuff upstairs & wait to be allowed back into my own room. The hotel boast of being a completely non-smoking hotel, yet a number of there staff will go right outside of the front entrance to take their smoke breaks, leaving the front desk unattended. Bring your own quarters if you are wanting to do laundry, b/c the front will not provide change.When booking through any 3rd site, they do not allow for any add-ons when checking. For a "resort" it feels more like a beach front Motel 6.

We had three guests sharing a suite (one king and a sofa bed). When we opened the sofa bed and saw the disgusting stains on the mattress we went to the front desk (with photos) and their only remedy was a mattress pad. That should always be on a mattress...easier to clean !

We got to the room and I took pictures and had to go back to the front desk to show them bc the room was dirty.. dirty towel left on the floor.. dead bugs in the window seals.. dead bugs in the tub and toilet was dirty. They did move us to another room but that’s not a good first impression as this was our first time staying here.. I don’t think we’ll be returning

We love how the bedroom area is completely separated from the living area and the view of the ocean is spectacular! Access to the boardwalk is right outside the door! Kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own food. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Well worth the money!

Love you and the surrounding areas was the best part. The hotel was dirty including the pull-out couch had a blood stain on it and little dead black bugs and pubic hairs. When we went to the desk to get clean bedding they acted like we were in inconvenience. And then the day that we were checking out there was a brutal fight that my kids had to witness involving the staff. The police were there multiple times. I complained to the staff and they told me that Expedia is the only one that could fix the problem.

I loved that all the rooms have an ocean balcony/view. However, the room we stayed in was very dated. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable for our son with a very thin mattress. The only real complaint or evaluation I have is that it needs some updating and a little TLC

I would say we enjoyed staying here and would stay here again in the future. It’s a good view of the ocean and I liked how it was like a mini condo and we weren’t just stuck in a bedroom. I liked how there was living room space and a small kitchen area. Very nice.
